At the base of a cliff in northern Alabama, DeSoto Falls pores over a line of weakness that runs from the Pool below up sixty vertical feet of some of the most gymnastic climbing you will ever see on sandstone. The river has created a cove with amazing caves, incredible features, and bullet hard rock. During the first week of July Tim Diegmann, Blake Rast, and Joe Ortega worked on sending a previously bolted sport route free using only the water as a landing zone.
